– To start enjoying Autopartes Fal, you need to have an account registered by our team. If you don’t have it yet, contact us to create your personalized account.

2. Buy Products:
Once you have your account, follow these steps to purchase our products:
a. Log in with your provided username and password.
b. Navigate to the “Products” section.
c. Explore our range of products and add the ones you want to the cart by clicking the “Add” button next to each item, previously selecting the side and quantity.
* You can explore our menu using the search bar to find specific content, or using the brand, description and code filters.
3. Review Cart:
On the cart page, you can:
• View the list of products you added.
• View the purchase total.
• Remove products from cart if you change your mind.
4. Complete Purchase:
Once you have reviewed your cart and are ready to purchase, click the “Checkout” button. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. This guarantees that your order has been registered successfully.
5. My Account:
In the “My Account” section, you will have access to:
• Personal settings for your account, such as changing your password, updating your contact information, or customizing your earning percentage.
• History of previous orders, where you can review the status of your past purchases.
Important: once you make the necessary modifications, be sure to click the “Save changes” button. After saving the changes, it is essential to verify that, at the top, a blue banner appears saying: “The account information has been changed successfully.”
Due to an incompatibility with the Google Chrome browser, every time you go to “Account Details”, only in that browser, you will see that the “Current Password” field is completed. Unless your intention is to change the password, you must empty the field for the changes to take effect. Otherwise you will receive the following error message: Please fill out all password fields. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
